Denver Laptop Repair provides same day LCD repair or replacement service for a flat rate fee of $80 plus parts. Laptop LCD screen is also known as a thin, flat panel used for electronically displaying information such as text, images and movies. It is used in many appliances that surround us – televisions, computer monitors, watches, clocks, various information panels, calculators, cell phones and so on. Price will include: all labor and complimentary (FREE) shipping back to you via UPS, and a 30 days warranty. All work is done within 24 hours after receiving your laptop (depending on parts availability). We guarantee the quality of our work with 30 days of warranty.

You can either mail your laptop and new replacement parts in or if you are in the Denver metro area feel free to stop by and your LCD repair or replacement won’t take more than 1-2 hours (depending on parts availability and office load).

The following location handles more LCD replacements than anyone else in the Colorado. In order to get a 30 days warranty please include your laptop with original AC adapter in the package. Mail your well packaged laptop to the address below.

Any rules we should be aware of?
Yes, the first one is if you don’t include your complete laptop with AC Power Adapter you won’t get any warranty or support from us. Second rule is: badly packaged laptops will be sent back to the owner without being worked on. Make sure to wrap your laptop in at least 2-3 inches of bubble wrap, and put it in the box with plenty of cushion or fluffy stuff. Please note: free boxes provided by United States Postal Service provide inadequate protection for your laptop.

Are there any extra charges?
There are no extra hidden fees or charges. If we don’t fix your LCD you don’t pay anything, not even for the shipping back to you.

Turn around times?
All laptops and parts received by Fedex, or US Postal Service are fixed and sent back the same day as we receive your laptop. Because UPS delivers packages late in the day, all laptops received by UPS are out of here the next day. We provide the fastest turn around time in the industry, there isn’t a company out there that can match us.

Warranty?
We provide a 30 days warranty on all labor that we perform. All parts warranty is handled by part manufacturer or distributor. You are covered by the warranty for as long as you are using your device according to a manufacturer specified conditions, otherwise warranty is void.

Do you have all parts in stock?
We have multiple quantities of more than 20 different types of LCD’s in stock at all times.

How much is the shipping usually?
To send laptop via UPS, it is usually about $15, depending on weight. If you ship your laptop to us we will ship fixed unit back to you at our expense via UPS. Should you need your laptop ASAP, you can prepay the overnight shipping back to you.

How long does it take to replace a LCD on my system?
Average LCD replacement job lasts about 0.5-2 hours, depending on device. All work is done the same day since we have most common used LCD’s in stock. (depending on parts availability)

You can bring your laptop with or without replacement LCD over to Eboxlab Denver location 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and please, give us a call in advance 720.222.0110.

Do you repair or do you replace LCD?
It all depends on type of problem and client wish; please refer to a common problems section ahead.

Do you need my hard drive?
We don’t need your hard drive. We encourage everyone to keep the hard at drive at safe place.

Do I need to send an AC adapter?
Yes, to test out your system we would prefer to have your original AC/DC power adapter, however if you are missing an AC DC adapter we still can work on it and test out your computer using our adapters.

Are you liable for anything that will happen with my laptop?
The amount of liability is limited to the amount of money we charge you, nothing more. If you do not agree with that, please do not send the system to us. If the system gets damaged on the way to us, please take it up with the shipper. Make sure to package the laptop and replacement LCD (if any) very well for the shipment.

What is the best way to pack a laptop for shipment?
Put at least two to three inches of a bubble wrap around it, put it in the box, put an AC DC adapter near by, if needed, but not on top of the LCD screen. As soon as we get it we will work on it and send it back to you (usually within 24 hours).
